Saving Lives Contest

Do you believe in saving lives by registering to become an organ and tissue donor? If so, then we want to hear from you! Enter our contest to win a Visa gift card valued at $500 for the first place winner, $250 for second place, and $100 for third place. All you have to do is get as many people as you can to register with New York State's organ and tissue donation program online by going to NYDonatesLife.org and clicking on the Enroll button. The Team who gets the most people to register WINS!

To enter this contest, the Entrant must agree to the "Saving Lives Contest Rules" below and agree to terms and conditions on the contest registration form.

What to do:

1. Register by filling out the Contest Registration Form.

2. Get as many people as possible to go to NYDonatesLife.org/enroll.htm and enroll to become a tissue and organ donor between March 1st and March 31st, 2010. Be sure to tell them to specify your Team Name on the Enrollment form so your team gets credit for their enrollment.

Be creative! Use new social media like Facebook and Youtube to get your friends (and your friend's friends!) to enroll.

Prizes:

1st place: $500 Visa gift card
2nd place: $250 Visa gift card
